No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use the basic Wsend WhatsApp link generator. Wsend does not require account registration to create a link. How We Use Information:

ChatGPT and OpenAI app data disclosure

This section explains how Wsend handles data when you use the Wsend ChatGPT/OpenAI app, MCP tools, GPT Actions, or other agent preview tools connected to Wsend.

Data collected or processed

  • Direct chat preview inputs: country code, phone number, and an optional prefilled message that you choose to provide in ChatGPT.
  • Tool outputs: preview-only direct chat URLs, QR payload URLs, and public Wsend resource links such as the privacy policy, terms, abuse report, sitemap, llms.txt, API catalog, and MCP metadata.
  • Website form inputs: if you use the public Wsend website form outside ChatGPT, you may provide a name or business name, WhatsApp number, short description, and optional profile image or logo to create a public Wsend profile link and QR Code.
  • Technical and security data: basic request metadata such as IP-derived network information, user agent, timestamps, error signals, and abuse-prevention signals may be processed by our edge, hosting, security, analytics, and logging providers.

Purposes of use

  • Normalize a phone number and generate a preview-only direct chat URL or QR payload.
  • Return public Wsend policy, discovery, sitemap, and support resources.
  • Operate, secure, debug, monitor, and improve Wsend tools and prevent abuse, spam, impersonation, or automated misuse.
  • When you use the public website form, create and display the public profile link, image/logo, description, and QR Code you requested.

Recipients and processors

Depending on how you use Wsend, data may be processed by Wsend, OpenAI/ChatGPT for the conversation and tool call, Cloudflare for edge delivery and security, Hostinger/WordPress hosting, analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity, and abuse-prevention or operational providers. Wsend does not sell personal data.

Retention

ChatGPT/OpenAI app tool calls are preview-only and Wsend does not intentionally store submitted tool inputs as public profiles. Transient edge, server, security, and debugging logs may be retained only as needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Public Wsend website profiles created through the website form may remain available while active and may be reviewed, updated, or removed under our retention and abuse-handling processes.

User controls

Do not enter sensitive information, credentials, payment card data, government identifiers, private health data, or any content you do not want processed by ChatGPT or Wsend. You can request profile correction or removal, report abuse, or ask privacy questions through the abuse and support page. You can also manage cookies in your browser and use ChatGPT/OpenAI account controls for ChatGPT conversation data.

Important: Wsend is an independent tool and is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, or OpenAI. The ChatGPT/OpenAI app does not send WhatsApp messages, create Wsend profiles, submit public forms, or access private WhatsApp account data.

Optional measurement and privacy choices

Wsend asks before using optional analytics or advertising measurement on measured pages. Necessary functions remain available if you reject either category. Your choice, its version, and update time are stored locally in your browser so Wsend can remember it.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity process page, device, and interaction information to help us understand and improve the experience. Wsend sends Google Consent Mode v2 and Microsoft Clarity ConsentV2 signals based on your saved choice.

Advertising measurement

If you allow ad measurement, Wsend may use Meta and Google Ads measurement to compare paid campaigns against a real Wsend card creation, not merely a page visit. Ad personalization remains disabled.

Meta

Wsend uses Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for Facebook and Instagram campaign measurement.

  • Meta may receive the page URL and referrer, event time, browser or device information, IP address, and identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc when available.
  • Wsend sends a Lead event and a random event ID to deduplicate the browser and server copies of the same card-creation event.
  • Wsend does not include your raw WhatsApp number, profile name, description, image, logo, or public profile URL in this advertising event.

Google Ads

When Google Ads campaigns are active, Google may receive the page URL and referrer, event time, browser or device information, advertising click identifiers stored by the Google tag, and a random transaction ID used to prevent duplicate conversion counts.

Wsend does not send the raw WhatsApp number, profile name, description, image, logo, or public profile URL in the Google Ads conversion event. Enhanced conversions and customer-list uploads are not enabled.

Onsite campaign attribution

Every newly created card receives an admin-only operational ledger row. If you allowed advertising measurement after a paid visit, the row may contain the advertising channel, campaign, group and ad IDs, placement, landing language, ISO country code, a one-way event key, and conversion time for up to 90 days. It never contains the card phone number, name, description, image, IP address, raw click ID, browser identifier, or raw event ID. Without advertising consent, the row is recorded only as unattributed and card creation still works normally.

Change or withdraw your choice

You may reopen Privacy choices from the shield button on measured Wsend pages. Rejecting a category stops its future optional measurement and removes its Wsend first-party measurement cookies where the browser permits. Wsend does not sell personal data or upload a customer list through this event.
