Wsend helps users create direct and shortened WhatsApp links that can be shared easily, with optional name, description, image/logo, and QR Code support. By using Wsend or sharing links generated through the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the WhatsApp link generator or share links created through Wsend.

Information Accuracy:

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the phone number, name, description, image, logo, or any other information added through Wsend.

Use of the Service:

Wsend must be used only to create WhatsApp links for numbers you own or have the right to use. You may not use the service to impersonate another person or organization, create misleading links, or cause harm to others.

User Responsibility:

• The user is responsible for the generated link, its content, how it is shared, and how it is used.
• Wsend and its operators are not responsible for damages, claims, or misuse resulting from incorrect information or improper use of the service.
• The user acknowledges that Wsend is not an official WhatsApp or Meta service, partner, or affiliate.

Phone Number:

The user must only use a WhatsApp number they own or have clear permission to use. Using another person’s or organization’s number without permission is not allowed.

Images, Logos, and Content:

The user is responsible for any image, logo, description, or content uploaded or added to a generated link. Do not use third-party names, brands, images, or logos unless you have the right to use them.

Restriction of Use and Verification:

Wsend may restrict access to the service or disable generated links if misuse, misleading information, spam, impersonation, or violation of these terms is suspected. Wsend may also request verification of phone-number ownership or usage rights when needed.

Prohibited Uses:

• Impersonating another person, business, or official organization.
• Using links for fraud, deception, spam, or harmful activity.
• Promoting illegal, prohibited, or misleading products or services.
• Sharing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• Using links for sensitive or misleading political, religious, or adult-related activity.
• Sharing copyrighted materials without permission.
• Using links in any activity that harms individuals, companies, or public/private organizations.
• Selling, renting, or transferring generated links in a misleading or abusive way.

Service Availability:

Wsend works to provide the service as reliably as possible, but the service may stop temporarily or permanently for technical, operational, security, or external reasons. Wsend may modify, limit, or stop parts of the service without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms:

Wsend may update these terms from time to time to reflect service improvements, operational needs, or policy changes. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated terms.
